Vas Saranga is a working actor and recently starred in Disney’s ‘Aaron Stone’. He can also be seen starring in the upcoming Teletoon series ‘Muddpit’ which debut’s this fall. He’s made appearances on shows like ‘Todd and the Book of Pure Evil’, ‘Flash Point’, ‘Over Ruled’, and ‘The Border’. Vas is the co-director, editor, and camera operator for 3Shade. He’s the second of the brown shades and has been nick named ‘Robert Brownie Jr’. He’s smart, bold, confident and transcends race.

Varun Saranga is a working actor on YTV’s hit show ‘How To Be Indie’. Aside from his hilarious work on television, Varun is 3Shade’s co-director, editor, and camera assistant. He’s one of the brown shades affectionately nick named ‘Jon Brown Jovi. He’s also quite the ladies man. Most of us believe it’s his hair and boyish charm that woos the ladies, while others would argue his fame enhances the rose coloured glasses in which they view him. Whatever way you slice it he’s one sexy beast.
FUN FACT: Varun’s hair is an amusement park for ladies.

Brendon Alleyne comes from a sketch comedy background where he performed for sketch comedy group ‘Morbio’ in multiple venues across the Greater Toronto Area. He’s one of two 3Shade writers. But more than that he’s a magnificent talent. He has a wide arsenal of voices, impersonations, and characters in his repertoire. He’s the black shade, but not the black sheep of the 3Shade family. He goes by the nick name ‘Blackie Chan’ for obvious reasons. If Brendon can’t make you laugh then you’re not a human.
FUN FACT: Despite his ethnicity, Brendon is the worst basketball player you will ever see and he loves the band Rise Against. What up with that?

Shaun Rothman is a Toronto Film School graduate with a focus on screenwriting. He’s the white shade affectionately nick named ‘Christian Pale’. Shaun contributes to 3Shade not only a writer, but as a performer as well. The fact he has little to no shame contributes to 3Shade’s below the belt humour. He’s not opposed to removing his pants to make you laugh however that may change as we expand and get an HR department.
FUN FACT: Shaun’s hands are average size….for a 5th grader.
